How it Works
Four weeks before your event, we’ll review your draft run-of-show and coordinate technical details with your Staging/AV team. We’ll create a coverage plan and shot list to capture everything you need recorded and/or streamed live to your online audience.
On event day, we’ll arrive with our professional video crew, record and live stream your event, and deliver the video straight to your video platform within 24 hours for sharing with your audience.
The Process:
- You complete a Pre-Event Questionnaire & book consultation
- We discuss your event via phone & create a proposal
- We have a Kickoff Meeting & discuss all event details
- We coordinate technical details with your Staging/AV team
