How it Works
A month before your event, we’ll review your run-of-show and come up with a coverage plan to capture everything you need recorded and/or streamed live to your online audience.
Then, we’ll arrive with a 2-4 person multi-cam video crew, capture your event, and deliver the video straight to your video platform within 24 hours for sharing with your audience.
Our Process:
- You fill out a Pre-Event Questionnaire and we discuss your event via phone
- We create a Proposal to record your event
- We have a Kickoff Meeting via Zoom and discuss the details of your event
- We create a Coverage Plan, Graphics, Shot List & Schedule
- Our Professional Video Crew arrives and records your event
- Our editors trim your videos + compress them for online viewing
- We upload to your YouTube/Vimeo channel
- You share the videos with your audience!
